FAVORITE RACE:
  Escape from Alcatraz

FAVORITE TRAINING RIDE:
4 hour ride around Jaffrey, NH

AVERAGE DAY CONSISTS OF:
There really is no average day.  If there was I probably won't be who I am.  I train hard someday, and there are plenty of days I don't train hard and days I don't train at all.

  Kevin O'Connor & Hannah Sullivan

FAVORITE RACE FOOD:
  Boston creme dounut

WORST EXPERIENCE IN A RACE:
Developing petalofemoral pain this past July at the Spirit of Racine and being past in the last three miles, missing out on a win.  The knee injury took me out of competitive form for the rest of the season.
